I've spent 15+ years in accounting, finance, tax and operations - in Indonesia and with businesses in Singapore, Hong Kong, the US and the Cayman Islands.
Along the way, I was the business PIC for a Business Requirement Document project with a Big Four firm. I have also helped train and test AI models on finance and accounting. It taught me exactly where AI gets the numbers right, and where it still needs someone who truly understands them.
Somewhere along the way, I became the person people call when something doesn't make sense. The books that won't reconcile. The structure nobody can explain. The business that grew faster than its systems.
